Suggested Use

• Drink 1 cup as desired. 

Brewing Instructions

• Steep 1 teaspoon of Turmeric Chai Tea in 1 cup of freshly boiled water for 4-6 minutes. Strain and add milk, or milk substitute.  Add a large spoonful of Raw Honey or sweetener of choice, and mix well.
