COVID-19 Update #2
We would like to provide you with a second update on our current business operations during the re-opening of Arizona/America. As an essential business, we have been able to safely operate during the COVID-19 pandemic, by adhering to strict safety measures with all of your support. This has allowed us to supply you with all of your essential alternative herbal medicine and natural health products.
As a small business, we feel fortunate to have been able to adapt so quickly to a rapidly changing retail and online market. Implementing guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers and employees has been our number one priority. Manufacturing natural hand sanitizer, surface sprays and immune supportive herbal products has been a very small part of the steps we have, and are, taking to keep a clean and safe environment. We have become accustomed to a cleaning routine that we will continue to use until we (your Herbalists) and our clients feel comfortable with doing so, and the experts tell us that we can begin to ease up on these practices.
During the last few weeks, we have begun opening our shop to customers to browse and simply come in to enjoy our aromas. This has been a great introduction into reopening fully. Expect to see us sanitizing all surfaces, including the counters, door, doorbell, credit card and register equipment. You can also feel confident that we are changing gloves in between each customer and are only allowing 1 group of clients in at a time to maintain social distancing.
We will continue to follow CDC and Arizona guidelines regarding social distancing and wearing face masks/coverings. Currently the state of Arizona is experiencing a large surge in cases which has led the Mayors of neighboring incorporated towns/cities to mandate masks/facial coverings in public. We will continue to follow these guidelines as long as necessary to protect all of our vulnerable clientele as well as ourselves.
If you are unable to wear a mask, we can assist you in a variety of ways including online shopping, placing orders by phone, shipping to your home/office and curbside pickup. If you prefer to see us in person, we are able to assist you with your herbal needs at the door with safe social distancing.
Shipping times are currently 1 to 3 business days once we receive your order. Hard work and dedication by our team is helping us to keep up with the large volume of orders we are receiving. Leilah and I would personally like to give our thanks to all of our incredible customers/friends for all of your support during this unprecedented time.
