Suggested Use

• Drink 1 cup, 1-3 times daily as desired, or as directed.

Brewing Instructions

• Steep 1 teaspoon in 1 cup of freshly boiled water for 7-10 minutes.  Strain and drink warm.
• Do not microwave.
