We would like to provide you with an update on our current business operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are, and will always be, committed to helping our community of customers and friends with their herbal and healthcare needs while maintaining safe measures for our staff, their families and our customers. Because we are an essential business providing alternative medicine and alternative foods, we will remain open. However, we will currently be suspending any in-store browsing. We are happy to help answer any questions and accept orders by phone or via our website www.HerbStop.com . We have free pick-up options for our local clients, $5 shipping to all Arizona residents, and free shipping nationwide for all orders over $100. During this time, we are grateful to our customers for their understanding. This too shall pass and we will all be stronger when life returns to normal.
With our commitment to you, we are continuing to develop new products based on demand. We appreciate the requests, tips, advice and all other ideas which has led us to create some amazing new products, such as our Thief Hand Gel and Thief Surface Spray. We are constantly looking for new sources of high demand herbs, such as Elder Berries and Rosehips and have been successful in procuring them for all of our customers.
Shipping times are currently 1 to 2 business days once we receive your order. Hard work and dedication by our team is helping us to keep up with the large volume of orders we are receiving. Our current policy states that we are using 71% alcohol solutions to sanitize all incoming orders and products. Every employee is required to wear a mask and gloves during work hours. Social distancing has become a part of our daily lives, as you all are experiencing this as well. We are being vigilant in keeping our store clean and safe.
