Wholesale accounts are available to qualified retailers, practitioners, and businesses.
Wholesale approval is granted at Herb Stop’s discretion.

Wholesale pricing is confidential and intended for approved wholesale partners only.
Pricing may change at any time without notice.

The current retail prices listed on the Herb Stop website constitute the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP).
Wholesale products may not be advertised or sold below the retail prices displayed on our website at the time of sale.
MAP applies to all forms of advertising, including:
- Websites
- Emails
- Social media
- Printed materials
- Online promotions
Pricing may not be disguised through:
- Coupons
- Automatic discounts
- Bundled pricing
- Promotional offers that reduce the advertised price below MAP
Failure to comply with MAP policy may result in suspension or termination of wholesale privileges.

Capsule products may be repackaged and sold under your own brand name.
Herb Stop product names may not be used, reused, referenced, or adapted in any form on repackaged capsule products.
Repackaged capsules must be sold under a new and original product name that is not identical to, derived from, or confusingly similar to any Herb Stop product name.
Repackaged capsules may not reference Herb Stop branding, product names, or imply continuity with Herb Stop’s retail product line.
Ingredients, formulas, and intended use may not be altered.
No medical, disease, or unapproved claims may be made.
Capsules may not be marketed as having different effects than the original formulation.
Repackaged capsules may not be represented as Herb Stop products or as equivalent replacements for Herb Stop-branded products.

Essential oils and extracts purchased from Herb Stop may be used as ingredients in your own formulations and finished products, regardless of size.
Finished products created using Herb Stop ingredients must be sold under your own brand name.
Herb Stop’s name may not be used to market, brand, or imply claims about finished products.
Herb Stop product names and formula names may not be used, reused, referenced, adapted, or imitated in any form for finished products created using Herb Stop ingredients.
Finished products may not reference, compare to, or imply association with Herb Stop products, formulas, or retail product lines.
Ingredients, purity, and intended use may not be misrepresented.
No medical, disease, or unapproved claims may be made.
Essential oils and extracts may not be altered, relabeled, or resold as finished Herb Stop products.
Extracts greater than 4 oz are considered bulk sizes and may be repackaged for resale only under your own brand name.
Retail-sized extracts (4 oz and smaller) must be sold as-is and may not be relabeled or repackaged.
Select high-value essential oils or extracts may be eligible for repackaging at smaller sizes, at Herb Stop’s discretion.

Finished retail products, including skincare and non-bulk oils or extracts, must be sold as labeled.
Finished products may not be rebranded, relabeled, or modified.

Wholesale products may not be sold on, including but not limited to:
- Amazon
- Walmart Marketplace
- Third-party online marketplaces
- Drop-shipping platforms
Permitted sales channels include:
- Brick-and-mortar retail stores
- Practitioner offices
- Approved websites

Custom capsule manufacturing is available to qualified wholesale partners.
Custom formulations are handled separately and are not ordered through the wholesale storefront.
The minimum order quantity for custom capsule manufacturing is 30,000 capsules.
Custom quotes and formulation approval are required prior to production.
Full payment is required before manufacturing begins.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
Lead times vary based on formulation complexity and ingredient availability.

Violation of wholesale terms, including MAP, resale, branding, ingredient use, or marketplace restrictions, may result in immediate termination of wholesale privileges without refund.

Wholesale accounts are approved on a case-by-case basis.
