Suggested Uses

• Place 1-3 drops on a tissue and breathe in the warming aroma during cold and flu season.
• Diffuse 1-3 drops while studying when needing mental clarity.*
• Blend 1-2 drops in 1 tablespoon of Jojoba oil (or other carrier oil) and apply to the abdomen in clockwise motions after a heavy meal.
• The high presence of Eugenol in Allspice makes this oil great to add in blends that require a numbing effect (for pain).*
• Add 5 drops to 2 ounces of homemade salt scrub and use in the shower or bath to reduce the appearance of cellulite.*
• Essential oils can be added to carrier oils, lotions, salves, soaps, massage oils, bath salts, or used in an aromatherapy diffuser.
