Suggested Use
Drink 1 cup as desired.
Brewing Instructions
Steep 1 teaspoon in 1 cup of freshly boiled water for 2-3 minutes. Strain and drink warm.
The ideal steeping temperature is 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
Try this tea over ice.
