Brewer's yeast is a phyto-food that packs a lot of nutrients into a small container, and it's almost pre-digested, for those who don't break down foods well.

Brewers Yeast is a byproduct of the beer brewing process. The yeast is separated from the beer and goes through a proprietary debittering process. The yeast cream is then evaporated/concentrated to about 80% of the original weight and spray dried at temperatures in excess of 300ºC.

Ingredients: Debittered Brewer's Yeast

Suggested Use: Mix 1/4 teaspoon in 8 oz of liquid (water, your morning shake, juice, etc.).  Blend well and drink.  Be creative - add to your cereals, oatmeals, yogurt, etc.  Mix with raw cacao and raw coconut oil for a tasty chocolate dessert!
