This essence will help you in times of worry, agony, anxiety and sleeplessness.  Worries are based upon thoughts, not emotions; hence, one has to define the thoughts that create the worry. If you change your thinking the worry no longer exists.

The mind is the builder of reality, and regardless of what remedy you take, the mind can often override it. The mind has free will, so if it chooses to worry, then you cannot stop it, you have to change the thought patterns that create the feelings. The remedy is to look to the thought, not to the feeling.

If you are an obsessive worrier, in addition to this essence, you may take St. John’s Wort. This will change and balance the chemistry in the brain to help you worry less.

Note: In order to overcome worry it is also important to train your mind. Often people worry that they are going to forget their worries.

Here is an exercise. Take a book and write on it, “My Worry Book”. Before you go to bed at night, write down all your worries, reminding yourself that you are not going to forget them, because they are right there in the book for you to pick up in the morning. This way, you don’t have to think about them all night long. You’ll sleep better, release a lot of tension, improve and balance the endorphin and dopamine levels in the brain, and you’ll wake up feeling better in the morning.
