Milligrams per capsule: 500 mg
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, for mild cases take 1 capsule 3 times daily; for moderate cases take 2 capsules 3 times daily; for severe cases take 3 capsules in the AM, 2 capsules at noon and 3 capsules in the PM; or as directed.
