Suggested Use

• Drink 1 cup as desired. 

Brewing Instructions

• Steep 1 teaspoon in 1 cup of freshly boiled water for 2-3 minutes.  Strain and drink warm.
• Add milk and sweetener if desired.
  
• Give your coffee a kick by adding a spoonful of this tea!
• Do not microwave.
