Suggested Use

• Drink 1 cup as desired. 

Brewing Instructions

• Steep 1 teaspoon in 1 cup of freshly boiled water for 2-3 minutes.  Strain and drink warm.
• Add milk and sweetener if desired (reduces spicy notes).
  
• Do not microwave.
