Suggested Use
Drink 1 cup as desired.
Brewing Instructions
Steep 1 teaspoon in 1 cup of freshly boiled water for 3-5 minutes. Strain and drink warm.
Add milk and sweetener if desired.
Try this tea over ice.
Do not microwave.
