This gel may help to soften stool and promote regularity.* It may also help to reduce cholesterol levels and stabilize blood sugar levels.* Mix 1 teaspoon of psyllium husk powder with 8 oz of water or juice and drink immediately. Its mild, slightly sweet taste makes it easy to incorporate it into meals. Make sure to drink psyllium with plenty of liquids.

To Use: Mix 1 tsp of psyllium with at least 8 oz (a full glass) of water or other fluid.
