    Ingredients

    • Wild Harvested Buckthorn Bark (Rhamnus cathartica from Croatia) is gentler than Cascara Sagrada, but also contains hormone-like oils which may cause peristalsis and is traditionally used to aid constipation.* 
    • Certified Organic Marshmallow Root (Althea officinalis from Bulgaria), a wonderful demulcent herb that may provide soothing support for mucous membranes, particularly in the small and large intestine.* 
    • Certified Organic Triphala (Amalaki, Bibhitaki, and Haritaki Fruits from India) is a balancing formula for detoxification and rejuvenation.* 
    • Certified Organic Rhubarb Root (Rheum palmatum from China) supports elimination and cleansing.* 

    Suggested Use 

    • As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules before bed with 8 oz of water.  If needed, take 2 in the morning as well, or use as directed.
