• Wild Harvested Ponderosa Pine Needles
• Organic Elder Berry & Flower
• Organic Linden Leaf & Flower
• Organic Fennel Seed
• Organic Lavender Flower

Suggested Use

• Drink 1 cup as desired. 

Brewing Instructions

• Steep 1 teaspoon in 1 cup of freshly boiled water for 5-10 minutes.  Strain and drink warm.
• Add sweetener if desired.
  
• Do not microwave.
