Ingredients: 100% Pure Essential Oils of Ginger, Coriander, Anise, Fennel, Lemon, Cardamom, Caraway, Roman Chamomile, Black Pepper, Organic Peppermint and Nutmeg, in a base of Pure Organic Golden Jojoba Oil.
Suggested Use: Massage a small amount of oil on the abdomen, or on the bottom of the feet as needed. Avoid sensitive areas such as the eyes and mouth.

I have a ton of stomach issues and have for years, this stuff isn't going to get you off your PPI meds, but it sure helps take the edge off without having to take more medicine. I will definitely buy this again!
This is one of the best products I've found for tummy upset. Not only does it work, it works quick! I highly recommend for tummy upset, indigestion issues, or bloating. No side effects either. This roll-on is now one of my medicine cabinet item "must haves".
