A very popular dish in many parts of India, when Vindaloo Curry appears on the menu, it's usually one of the hottest dishes served. Our seasoning isn't that intense, but it's most enjoyed by those who appreciate food with a little heat.
To Use: Make a paste with 2 Tbsp vinegar, 2 Tbsp seasoning and 2 tsp water. Marinate 1 lb meat for at least 3 hours. Stir fry or cook as desired.
