• Massage 3 drops, blended in 1 tablespoon of unscented Simply Pure Lotion or Jojoba Oil, into your lower abdomen during your menstrual cycle to promote feelings of well being, to nurture and to enjoy the woman in you.*
• Diffuse and inhale throughout the day to create a relaxing environment.*
• Before breastfeeding blend and massage 2-3 drops in your favorite lotion or body cream and body cream to create a relaxing and beautiful experience for both mother and baby.*
• Anise can be inhaled by horses for its calming effect, especially before stressful situations.*
