Suggested Use

• Apply 2 to 3 drops in 1 tablespoon of Aloe Jelly or Jojoba Oil to support healthy cardiovascular circulation and lymphatic circulation.*
• Massage 2 to 3 drops in 1 tablespoon Aloe Jelly or Jojoba Oil into fatigued muscles and limbs after strenuous physical activity to soothe and comfort.*
• Keep insects out of the house and away from your skin. In a 2 ounce spray bottle, add 7 drops of Bay essential oil and fill the bottle with distilled water. Shake well before use, then spray your environment and your skin. Avoid eyes and other sensitive areas.*
• Bay was used in ancient Greece by students and scholars to promote mental focus while studying. A good student would be crowned with Bay leaves. It was also used to promote prophetic dreams.*
