• Massage a blend of Black Pepper and Lemon essential oils in a base of Almond Oil, to soothe a sore and overworked body.*
• Diffuse this highly energizing oil blended with Rosemary and Bergamot to enjoy alertness, mental clarity and focus.*
• To encourage a romantic mood, diffuse and inhale this spicy essential oil with Ylang Ylang and Vetivert.*
• Use this oil as a substitute for the strongly scented Wintergreen, or Sweet Birch, for the person needing to avoid the component methyl salicylate due to medication interactions.
• After heavy exercise, use this oil to increase circulation, reduce muscle tension and the perception of pain.*
• Create a jelly rub using Aloe Jelly, Black Pepper and Copaiba essential oils, to massage on aging joints.*
