• Diffuse this relaxing, refreshing and uplifting essential oil when anxiety and stress levels are high, or when mental and emotional strain resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances are affecting you.*
• Use Bergamot's cooling benefits by adding a few drops to lotions, Aloe Jelly, or even into a 2 ounce spray bottle with 12 drops of Bergamot. Massage or spray onto affected areas.*
• Earl Grey is a black tea with added Bergamot essential oil. Add 1 drop to your black tea to create this classic flavor.
