What are your business hours for shipping?
We ship items from Tuesday through Friday until noon for UPS and until three p.m. for US Mail.
How are your items shipped?
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. All products are shipped via US Mail or UPS with delivery confirmation.  We will send you shipping information, including a tracking number, when your item has been shipped.
Can you ship items outside the United States?
Yes, we send products worldwide.  The customer is responsible for duties and any additional customs information. International shipping is only provided via phone orders, please call 877-345-4372.
Can I arrange to have a delivery made to a friend’s address?
Yes, because billing and shipping addresses are separate, you can specify where you would like your order to be delivered.  All orders with a separate shipping address must be verified over the phone.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, an email will be sent to the address you supplied shortly after your order has been placed. It will confirm your order and delivery details. You will receive a further email from us when your products have shipped. If you have ordered from us and not received an email, please check your spam folder.
How does the shipping destination affect pricing?
All orders are shipped using "real time shipping" meaning the price is based on the weight and destination of your products.

How long will it take to arrive?
Products are shipped as soon as possible after you order. In most cases this will be within 2 working days, but please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be shipped. Orders from within the United State take 1-5 business days to arrive after being shipped. For international orders, packages normally take between 7 and 14 working days to arrive at their destination after they have been dispatched.
The tracking number you receive in your shipping confirmation email will work on the United States Postal Service website or United Parcel Service website.  If an order does not arrive within the specified time, please contact the shipping provider (US Mail or UPS)  first, quoting the tracking number you will have received.
What happens if a package is lost or damaged?
Every package we send is sent with delivery confirmation (or tracking if using UPS).  If you would like additional coverage, please request additional insurance for your products.
